I started as a tiny egg.
Upon a leaf of green. There I'll stay under the leaf, so I will not be seen I'm a tiny larva now, but you wait and see. Soon, I'll be a butterfly, as pretty as can be.. |
Now I'm in a chrysalis
on a limb up high. I'll stay a while and then come out and be a butterfly. Look! I'm flying all around, high above the trees. Painted Lady is my name. That's how I came to be. |
